How to Upgrade Your SnapDesk Account

SnapDesk provides you with a 14-day free trial but how do you manually upgrade your account? SnapDesk makes it easy to toggle between different subscriptions levels, all you have to do is follow the step-by-step walk through below.

In this article, we show you how to uploada payment card to your SnapDesk account and toggle between different subscription options.

How to Upload a Payment Card

  1. Click the payment card icon located in the top right of the toolbar. It is circled in blue below.
  2. Now click the blue 'Edit' button in the bottom right hand of the screen. This will pop up a portal for you to enter a credit-card
  3. Here is the payment portal, enter your information and click save

How to Change your Subscription Level

  1. After inputting a payment card, click the 'subscription' tab to view your current subscription level.
  2. Click the big blue edit pencil in the bottom right corner to alter your subscription. See that a subscription edit pops-up below the the intial description.
  3. Click into the 'Subcription Options' field to pop the dialogue below. Then click the desired subscriptions level and check the box to agree to SnapDesk Terms and Conditions.

You're now all set up to start sending text messages to your customers. If at anytime you wish to edit payment info, change your subscription or view your current SnapDesk set-up just repeat the steps above!
